Our Story

Carol Morris and son Kalvin Morris founded Elite Care Services in 2001, with 4 members of staff and 1 customer. Now in 2022, after two decades of care, we have an established client base of almost 400 Nursing, Residential, and Learning Disability establishments. We have provided thousands of jobs to care staff across the UK, and continue to keep a bank of over 200 outstanding members of staff employed at any given time. 

Our outstanding carers have helped us to provide care establishments with over 2.5 million hours of care, and that number continues to grow day by day. Our recruitment process is thorough and our training process even more so, which means we are confident that all of our staff are the best of the best. 

We know care establishments are always looking for the best agency to provide them experienced and versatile staff. With our round the clock office support, 94%+ cover rate, and industry leading training, we believe that is us.

Elite Training with Elite Care Services

We are confident that our training process is the best in the industry and the most in depth. All applicants are put through our in-house training course, regardless of experience, so that they are all outstanding by the time they are ready to start work.

Our staff leave our office knowing everything they need to know for their first day; we will never place a member of staff in an establishment if they are unclear on what to do. All of our training can be completed in person, and when that is unavailable, applicants can join via video call. The exception to this is manual handling training.

At Elite Care Services, we don’t believe that anyone can learn manual handling from a presentation on a screen. That’s why all of our staff attend mandatory manual handling training, in person.

The Future of ECS

As a company, we are always looking for new ways to make it easier for Care Establishments to operate. That’s why we have a fleet of drivers who pick our staff up from their homes and take them straight to work, and vice versa. 

More recently, our innovation has lead to franchising our business so as we can expand our reach and take our same, family-run values and fantastic staff to new locations across the UK. The first of these franchises is located in Newport, South Wales, and is doing fantastically.
